- Launch a task in the Claude Cowork interface to start an automation session.
- Let Claude open a browser and navigate to Gmail automatically.
- Claude will identify and click the 'Compose' button to open a new email window.
- Watch Claude automatically type the contact's name (e.g., 'Amy') in the recipient field based on your instructions.
- Claude will perform additional data searches (such as info from the web or notes) if that information is needed for the email content.
- Wait for Claude to finish the email draft, which includes the spreadsheet link or a summary of the generated task.
- Review the draft that Claude has saved in Gmail.
