Using Microsoft Copilot Notebook for Long Documents

1. Open the Microsoft Copilot website or application.
2. Click on the 'Notebook' menu located in the top navigation bar.
3. Locate the large input box on the left side of the screen, which supports up to 18,000 characters.
4. Copy and paste your long document or extensive context into the input box.
5. Type your specific instructions or prompt below the pasted text to process the information.
6. View the AI-generated output in the panel on the right side.
7. Refine your results by editing the original prompt directly in the left input box to get more accurate output without needing to start a new chat.

Activating Custom Personas via Copilot GPTs

1. On the main Copilot interface, find the 'Copilot GPTs' panel in the sidebar.
2. Select one of the available persona presets, for example, click on 'Fitness Trainer'.
3. Notice the 'prompt recommendations' or suggested instructions that automatically appear based on that persona.
4. Click on one of the suggested prompts or type your own question to interact with the AI in that persona mode.
