Prompt Variable Flexibility

The workflow logic is industry-agnostic. You can replace the specific business type (e.g., 'Dentists', 'Law Firms') and location in your prompt without altering the underlying system architecture.

Controlling Output Style

The email draft structure is dictated by the System Prompt in the Outreach Agent. To change the tone or format of the drafts, you must edit the System Prompt instructions directly rather than the chat input.

Step by Step

Running the Lead Gen Workflow

  1. Click the chatbot icon or input field at the top of the agent interface to initiate a session.
  2. Type a prompt specifying the target business niche and location into the chat box (see Prompt card below).
  3. Press Enter to execute the workflow.
  4. Monitor the visual workflow nodes as they activate: Ensure the 'Start' node passes data to the 'Search/Find' node.
  5. Wait for the 'Data Entry' agent node to activate and complete its process.
  6. Observe the final 'Outreach' agent node triggering the drafting process.

Verifying Output Data

  1. Open the connected Google Sheet used for lead storage.
  2. Verify that new rows have been populated with the company names and unique descriptions.
  3. Confirm that the 'Email Sent' status column (or equivalent) is set to 'No'.
  4. Navigate to the 'Drafts' folder in the connected Gmail account.
  5. Click to open a newly created draft.
  6. Review the subject line and body text to ensure the AI used the unique company description for personalization rather than using a generic template.
  7. Return to the agent interface.
  8. Click the name field at the top of the screen (if currently untitled) and rename the agent (e.g., 'AI Lead Gen Agent') for future reference.
