How to Use Interactive Mode in NotebookLM
- Open NotebookLM and ensure you have uploaded the relevant sources.
- Click on the 'Audio Overview' section on the right side of the screen to generate an AI conversation.
- Wait for the audio 'generating' process to complete fully.
- Locate the 'Interactive Mode' button situated next to the Play controls at the bottom.
- Click the 'Join' button at any time while the AI host is speaking if you want to interrupt or ask a question.
- Ask your question directly (e.g., ask the AI to elaborate more on a specific point).
- Wait for the AI host to pause and provide a specific answer to your question.
