- Open the Guidde platform and log in to your account.
- Select the type of training you want to create from the main menu (e.g., 'Employee training', 'Customer onboarding', or 'Product how-to').
- Click the 'Capture' button to start recording your screen.
- Navigate to the platform or application you want to feature in your tutorial.
- Perform your tasks as usual by clicking the necessary buttons and menus; the AI will track every mouse movement.
- Click the 'Stop' button on the recording control bar once you have finished all the steps.
- Wait for the AI to process the recording and simultaneously generate a video guide and step-by-step documentation.
Editing and Customizing AI-Generated Results
- Review the generated video draft to ensure the narration and visuals are accurate.
- Scroll down to view the steps that have been automatically organized by the AI.
- Click on any step to edit the description text or reposition the 'Callout boxes' and 'Arrows' added by the AI.
- Click 'Add Step' manually if you need to include additional steps without re-recording.
