Setting Up Workspace Agent & CRM Integration with Slack
- Log in to your ChatGPT Workspace account.
- Navigate to the 'Workspace Agents' menu in the left sidebar.
- Click the 'Create Agent' button or select an existing agent you want to configure (e.g., CRM Agent).
- In the 'Settings' tab, find the 'App Access' section and select the CRM application you want to connect.
- Go to the 'Skills' section and select or build the 'Predefined Workflows' that the agent needs to perform.
- Upload additional reference documents (such as sales manuals or SOPs) to the 'Memory' section within 'Agent Settings'.
