How to Generate Structured Text from Raw Speech
- Download and install the Wispr Flow app on your computer (macOS or Windows).
- Open any text editing app, email client, or chat window where you want to write.
- Press and hold the 'Command' or 'Control' key (depending on your shortcut settings) to start recording your voice.
- Speak naturally, even if your ideas are scattered, you use filler words, or you want to correct a sentence mid-way.
- Provide additional instructions at the end of your speech if needed, for example: 'Convert this into bullet points' or 'Use a professional tone'.
- Release the 'Command' or 'Control' key to stop recording.
- Wait a few seconds for the AI to process, remove repetitions, fix grammar, and automatically transform it into polished text.
- Click on the generated text if you need to make any final manual edits.
