Step by Step
Converting Documents to Video Presentations with HeyGen
- Log in to the HeyGen dashboard and locate the 'PowerPoint or PDF to Video' feature.
- Select a PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF file from your computer and drag and drop it into the HeyGen library area.
- Wait for the upload process to complete until your document appears as video slides.
- Click on the voice menu to select an AI voice. You can filter options by language and various available accents.
- Choose your preferred Avatar from the library to act as the presenter in the video.
- Click on the selected avatar to display the adjustment box.
- Shrink the avatar by dragging the corners of the box so it doesn't block the slide content.
- Click and drag the avatar to a suitable position, such as the bottom corner of the screen.
- Ensure the aspect ratio is set to 16x9 for a standard presentation video format.
- Click the 'Submit' or 'Generate' button to process the presentation video, complete with voice and avatar movement.
