How to Set Up a NotebookLM Project in Google Gemini
- Go to the Google Gemini website at gemini.google.com.
- Look at the sidebar on the left side of the screen to find a new section titled 'Notebooks'.
- Click on the option to create a new notebook within that section.
- Enter a suitable name for your notebook in the provided name field.
- Click the 'Create' button to generate the notebook project.
- Once you are in the notebook view, click the 'Add sources' button to import reference documents.
- Choose a source upload method: 'Upload files' (files from your computer), 'Google Drive', or enter a direct link via 'Website'.
- If using a web link, enter the website URL and click 'Insert'.
- Once the sources have finished processing, you can start typing questions or instructions to interact with the AI based on those reference materials directly within Gemini.
