How to Run the Wan2GP Server

  1. Open your terminal or command prompt.
  2. Activate the virtual environment by typing the command for the environment named 'one GP'.
  3. Paste the provided Python command to run the main script.
  4. Wait for the initialization process to complete; please note that no progress bar will be displayed.
  5. Once the local URL appears in the terminal, hold 'Ctrl' and click the link to open the interface in your browser.

Model Configuration and Hardware Profiles

  1. In the browser interface, find the model selection section and select 'Wan 2.1'.
  2. Check the 'Animate' option.
  3. Check your graphics card (VRAM) specifications to choose the correct profile.
  4. Select 'Profile 3' if you have 24GB VRAM.
  5. Select 'Profile 2' if you have 12GB VRAM.
