How to Enable and Use Gemini Workspace Extensions

1. Visit the Gemini website (gemini.google.com) and sign in to your Google account.
2. Click on the 'Settings' icon (gear icon) or navigate to the 'Extensions' section, typically found in the side panel or profile menu.
3. Locate the 'Google Workspace' option within the list of available extensions.
4. Switch the 'Google Workspace' toggle to ON to grant Gemini access to your Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.
5. Go to the main Gemini chat interface.
6. Enter a prompt to check your schedule and emails simultaneously (refer to the Prompt Card).
7. Wait for Gemini to process the data by cross-referencing your calendar with your email inbox.
8. Review the email drafts generated by Gemini, displayed directly within the chat window.
9. Click on the provided email links or drafts to send them or make final edits in Gmail.
