How to Visualize Data Using ChatGPT Canvas
- Open ChatGPT and click on the 'Tools' menu at the top left.
- Select 'Canvas' mode from the displayed list.
- Click the 'Attach' button (paperclip icon) or choose to upload files directly from Google Drive/Microsoft OneDrive.
- Select a spreadsheet file (e.g., .xlsx or .csv) from your computer.
- Type a prompt in the chat box to instruct the AI to convert the data (Refer to the Prompt Card).
- Wait for ChatGPT to finish writing the code and generating the visuals within the Canvas window.
- Click the 'Preview' button at the top of the Canvas window to view the interactive dashboard.
- Click the 'Share' button to generate a 'Public Link' or share it as 'Private' if you are on a Team plan.
