Steps to Automate Branded Assets with Claude Cowork

1. Open the Claude Cowork platform and enter the chat interface.
2. Enter the name of the workshop or event you want to create assets for into the input box.
3. Specify the host's name (e.g., 'hosting the next session on Claude Co-work for marketing').
4. Select or type the skill '9x live generate asset' to trigger the image generation process.
5. Monitor the 'To-do list' displayed by Claude to track the status of the YouTube thumbnail, email image, and Luma cover processing.
6. Wait for Claude to confirm that all images have been successfully generated.
7. For events featuring two hosts, include both names in the same prompt and click 'Send'.
8. If there is an external guest, prepare a project folder containing the guest's photo and the company logo (in image format).
9. Upload or open that folder within Claude Cowork.
10. Click the 'Always allow' button on the file access permission pop-up if prompted.
11. Click 'Send' to let Claude dynamically merge the text, host photos, and logos.
