Separate Account
Even if you have a paid Claude subscription (Pro/Team), you still need to register for a new account at Claude Console to use the Managed Agents feature.
Choosing the Right Model
The Claude 3.5 Sonnet model is often better for creative writing (copywriting) tasks compared to the Opus model, which might be 'overkill' or too slow for simpler tasks.
Skills Re-upload Required
Since Claude Console is a separate platform, any documents or 'skills' you have previously set up in your regular Claude account will need to be re-uploaded into the Console.
Prompts
Main Agent Instruction Prompt
Target:
Claude Managed Agents
I would like you to create an agent that my team can use whenever they need to create marketing branded email templates. Every member in the team sometimes needs to send out a quick email to our community or to our customers. So, the agent should take a briefing about what type of email needs to be sent out, make a proposal on the copy, and then once that copy is agreed, it should actually go ahead and create the email directly in our email marketing tool, which is customer.io for the team to then review quickly and send out.
Company & Skill Context Prompt
Target:
Claude Managed Agents (Skills Section)
Use the following two skills to get all the relevant context about our company to help you craft on-point emails. Use this skill when actually creating the email via the customer.io MCP.
