How to Schedule a Daily News Brief Automation
- Open Claude Cowork and ensure you are in a 'Project' that already contains your profile or 'memories'.
- Type your news brief request prompt into the chat input box.
- Let the AI perform 'web search' and 'remote control browser' tasks to find the latest global and AI news relevant to your context.
- Once the first result is generated, navigate to the top of the chat window and click the small dropdown arrow icon.
- Select the 'Schedule' option from the dropdown menu.
- Enter additional details if necessary, or press Enter to set the time.
- Set the schedule frequency in the configuration window, for example, select 'Every weekday at 8 a.m.'.
- Click the 'Create a schedule task' confirmation button to activate the automation.
