Two Chatbot Deployment Modes
Chatbase can be deployed in two ways: as a small 'Chat Bubble' in the corner of your website for quick assistance, or as a 'Full Web Page' to serve as a comprehensive Knowledge Base.
Chatbase vs. Intercom Limitations
Chatbase is excellent for full AI automation based on your documents. However, if your business requires a 'human takeover' feature where agents can step in, platforms like Intercom are a more suitable choice.
