Building AI Systems to Automate Repetitive Tasks
Press play on the video. It'll jump straight to the section that answers the
title above — no need to watch the full video.
Learn how to set up projects and instructions in Claude to handle repetitive tasks like client briefs. Achieve consistent output quality without having to rewrite prompts from scratch every time.
The 'Rule of Three'
Follow this rule: If you find yourself typing the same prompt for similar tasks more than three times, stop using one-off prompts and build a 'System' (Project). A 15-minute setup now will save you hours of work in the future.
The Iterative Tweaking Process
Don't expect the system to be perfect on day one. Every time the AI's output doesn't meet your expectations, update your instructions. Usually, after two weeks of minor adjustments, the AI will be able to deliver 100% accurate results on the first try without further editing.
Systems vs. One-off Prompts
Standard prompts require you to rebuild context and rules every time you use them. A System (Project) saves all that context, allowing you to get consistent results in just 90 seconds simply by providing raw data.
