Folder Setup and Claude Cowork Access

1. Prepare a dedicated folder (e.g., 'Marketing Director') containing all asset files such as Product Specs, Brand Guidelines, and product images.
2. Open Claude Cowork and select that folder to grant the AI access.
3. Click on the 'Connectors' option if you want to link Claude Cowork with external sources like Google Drive.
4. Confirm access permissions so Claude can read existing files and create new ones directly within the folder.

Running Marketing Campaign Prompts

1. Enter a prompt instruction in the chat box to build a comprehensive marketing campaign.
2. Wait for Claude to automatically analyze all files in the folder to understand your product's context.
3. Observe the 'Skills' section where the AI selects the required capabilities (e.g., creating a PowerPoint or performing a web search).
4. Monitor the 'Progress Checklist' at the top of the screen, which shows the steps being completed by the AI agentically.
5. Provide a follow-up prompt if you need specific additions, such as an extra series of blog posts.
6. Check your original folder to see the newly generated files (Blog posts, Ads, Newsletter, HTML Landing Page).
