Learn how to launch a company project entirely driven by AI agents using Paperclip. We'll cover how to select AI models (like Claude or any model from Open Router), appoint your first CEO agent, and provide instructions to draft a business plan and recruit the rest of your digital workforce.
AI Model Selection Tips
Use a 'Frontier Model' (advanced model) for the CEO role as it requires high-level reasoning. For worker agents performing routine tasks, you can use cheaper or free models from Open Router to save on costs.
Managing Agent Automation
Initially, keep the 'Inbox' approval function active so you can monitor the CEO's actions. Once you are confident in the agents' performance, you can enable automation so agents can hire other agents without needing your manual approval.
Token Budget Control
Paperclip is designed to prevent budget waste. It features a 'Monthly Spend Tracking' system to ensure agents don't consume excessive tokens uncontrollably while the system is running (e.g., over the weekend).
Increasing Work Speed (Concurrency)
If you have many tasks, you can go to 'Advanced Settings' and increase the 'Concurrency'. This allows the system to run multiple agents (such as 4 engineers) simultaneously to speed up the project's output.
